Stage Sirens – Master the Spotlight: Advanced Burlesque Course

We are thrilled to announce the re-launch of our Advanced Burlesque Course, kicking off in January 2025. Designed for seasoned performers ready to take their craft to the next level, this intensive program will focus on preparing participants for two marquee events: An opening number for the prestigious MX Ireland competition and the highly anticipated return of the Irish Burlesque Academy’s summer showcase – Tease Through Time.

The Advanced Burlesque Course offers a unique opportunity for students to refine their skills, hone their stage presence, and collaborate with a community of passionate performers. With a curriculum centred on performance techniques, students will explore choreography, storytelling, and the art of captivating an audience, ensuring they’re ready to shine under the spotlight.

Tease Through Time – Mark your calendars for June 29th, 2025, as the Irish Burlesque Academy takes over the Button Factory for its grand summer showcase. Tease Through Time is a dazzling exploration of burlesque through the ages, from its classic roots to its contemporary reinventions. The Advanced Burlesque Course will play a pivotal role in bringing this story to life, with students delivering show-stopping performances.

This course is all about empowering our performers to push their boundaries and own the stage.

Advanced Burlesque Course is open to experienced performers looking to elevate their skills. Classes begin in January, and spaces are limited.
