The Irish Burlesque Academy produces Ireland’s biggest burlesque shows in major venues around Dublin’s city centre. They feature our students performing completely new and original burlesque pieces. Our fabulous show girls and boys are encouraged to put their new found dance moves and skills to good use and participate in these exciting events. These shows are a huge goal that they work hard and train for throughout the year, thus becoming an empowering incentive for them to work towards.

The wait is over! The Irish Burlesque Academy is making a spectacular return to the stage with “Tease Through Time”, a dazzling burlesque showcase celebrating the evolution of tease, seduction, and performance through the ages. This unmissable event takes place on Sunday, June 29th at The Button Factory, Dublin, featuring an all-student cast ready to bring the art of burlesque to life like never before.
From the playful performances of Ancient Greece to the glittering world of Golden Age showgirls, and right up to the bold, boundary-pushing burlesque of today, “Tease Through Time” is a journey through history, told through the language of dance, tease, and theatrical flair. Expect a night of glamour, storytelling, and high-energy entertainment, as our students take to the stage to showcase their hard work, confidence, and creativity.
Whether you’re a longtime burlesque lover or brand new to the world of feathers and fan dances, this is your chance to cheer on and support Dublin’s rising burlesque stars in a feel-good, high-energy celebration of the art form. Fun, fierce, and fabulously entertaining – this is burlesque at its best!
