We’re delighted to announce a 4-week Intermediate Burlesque course, perfect for dancers ready to build confidence, develop performance skills, and take the next step toward the stage.
This term will focus on learning a fun, dynamic burlesque routine for our summer show, Burlesque at the Movies, taking place at The Button Factory on July 12th. Students will work on musicality, character, clean choreography, and performance quality, all within a supportive and encouraging environment.
Expect sass, storytelling, and show-ready polish as we prepare this routine for a live audience.

Step in to the Spotlight: Intermediate Burlesque Course
It’s show season! 
This term is all about rehearsing and getting ready for our Summer Show: Burlesque at the Movies, taking place on 12th July at The Button Factory.
Throughout the term, you’ll be placed into your show groups and begin rehearsing your routines in class. All choreography has been taught in previous terms, so this term will focus purely on rehearsing, refining, and bringing your performance to life on stage.
We’ll be focusing on performance quality, confidence, and that signature burlesque presence—polishing every detail so you feel fully prepared.
Alongside rehearsals, we’ll also be training to get show fit—working on strength, control, stamina, and stage presence so you feel strong, confident, and stage-ready.
This is an exciting and focused term as we work toward the show, so booking is open to current students only.

Step back into the spotlight and continue developing your burlesque performance skills in a supportive, creative, and empowering environment.
This term, our focus will be on preparing for our Summer Show: Burlesque at the Movies, taking place on 12th July at The Button Factory. Throughout the course, we will be learning and refining a brand-new routine inspired by the show’s theme, giving you the opportunity to deepen your stage presence, musical interpretation, and performance confidence.
Designed for dancers with previous burlesque or dance experience, this class will focus on more detailed choreography, expressive styling, and polished performance quality as we work towards the show. We’ll also continue strengthening technique, control, and fluidity to support confident and captivating stage work.

We are thrilled to announce our Advanced Burlesque Course starting this January! Designed for seasoned performers ready to take their craft to the next level.
This January, we’re rolling out the red carpet to welcome new advanced students and seasoned performers into an exciting term of high-level burlesque.
Over the course of the term, we’ll refine your technique, elevate your stagecraft, and focus on performance quality as we work towards our summer show in June. This term’s featured routine is “Be Italian” from the musical Nine—a bold, theatrical number packed with character, musicality, and confident ensemble performance. Expect dynamic choreography, strong storytelling, and polished presentation as we prepare this showpiece for the stage.

Classical Burlesque Techniques: Develop poise, posture, musicality, and expressive movement inspired by traditional burlesque, including confident walks, arm styling, and theatrical flair.
Belly Dance–Inspired Movement: Learn foundational belly dance elements that emphasize isolations, coordination, and expressive torso and hip movement.
Core Strength & Control: Build strength, stability, and body awareness while improving balance, posture, and control.
